This is a very common question, and I wish it were possible—but it isn’t. In hair transplantation we perform an autologous transplant, meaning we transplant your own hair follicles onto your own head.
A hair follicle is an organ, and if we could transplant them from one person to another, it would be like transplanting organs from one individual to another. Unfortunately, it cannot be done—and it never will.
